You do not have to be CEO of a major corporation or entity to be considered a smart woman. You should simply know a few simple things about life, put it into your priority list, keep it all balanced and live your journey. All women are beautiful and smart.
Smart women come from all walks of life, they come in all shapes and sizes with a knowledge base for their ultimate passions and desires. To obtain, they know that a certain level of perseverance, strong will, with a dead set of principles is mandatory.
We will in this space talk about smart women who have the CEO behind their name, how they achieved their success and where they first started. We will also discuss the stay at home mom who gave up her career to make a home cozy with wonderful memories her children will remember for their lifetimes.
Then there is the smart women in between the two above mentioned categories, who do not have to live behind a title to achieve the label of begin a smart woman. To be more contrite there are many levels and achievements; many we never hear about. Each woman must find her very own.
Women actually have the hardest choices to make in life. That is if you have children. Why? I doubt that there is not a woman walking the face of the earth who has not had a sneaky thought about staying home to build a safe loving haven for that new born child. A mother’s first priority is to protect, heal and nurture that child, and some think, and normally they are right; they only can do this.
What makes a smart woman?
- She loves herself.
- She knows what she wants, and she knows how to get it.
- She believes in being fair, just and forgiving.
- She knows that her confidence comes from having no guilt feelings.
- She considers herself blessed regardless of the circumstances around her.
- She believes in herself.
- She loves being an example.
- She loves family first, but knows the power of the spiritual self.
- She wants to be liked, not because of what she has accomplished or has in wealth, but for whom she is.
- She learns fast and remembers her mistakes.
- She gets up each day and is thankful she is a woman.
One of my favorite poems
“After A While”
After a while
you learn the subtle difference between holding a hand and chaining a soul
and you learn love doesn’t mean leaning and company doesn’t always mean security.
And you begin to learn that kisses aren’t contracts and presents aren’t always promises
and you begin to accept your defeats with your head up and and your eyes ahead with the grace of a woman, not the grief of a child.
And you learn to build all your roads on today because tomorrow’s ground is too uncertain for plans and futures have a way of falling down in mid-flight.
After a while you learn that even sunshine burns if you get too much
So you plant your own garden and decorate your own soul instead of waiting for someone to bring you flowers
And you learn that you really can endure, that you really are strong and you really do have worth and you learn and you learn
with every good-bye you learn.
Our list could contain much more. Most of us know what it means to be a smart woman and this article is just a reminder to take the smart part of yourself and let it bloom. Wisdom is important, but knowledge to use that wisdom with the right dosage is key to a happy, balanced and smart life.
Every woman has different circumstances, ideas, callings, surroundings, and needs. That is what makes our country so great. We can become who we want to become if we go about it in the right, using our intelligence that we have been given and strive for our goals. Women’s power is increasing each and every day. This is due to those women who have been determined to walk one step behind the men long enough to learn a few things about authority. Authority is one major affiliation to power and being smart.
Please, please tell us what is your expression of a ‘smart woman.’ We want to hear from you and look forward to our conversations. Give us your list for being a Smart Woman.
